Sephora Color IQ
Sephora’s has similar technology in their store. Each location has a beauty device that will scan the surface of your skin, actually taking a picture that focuses on the skin’s physiology, to offer a more accurate reading of color. After the photo is taken, you are given several options to try in store.
Fenty Beauty: No app yet, but sign up for emails and receive a free pro filt’r primer and foundation sample pack.
Alima Pure: Again no app, but a ton of option for darker skin tones. This satin matte foundation comes in 45 hues at a price of $28. You can order a set of 10 samples for $24 which comes with a brush so that you can try several shades before committing to 1. (www.alimapure.com)
