Meet two inspiring young people who are making a big difference in the world: Essynce Moore and AJ Carr.  Before the age of 15, both Essynce and AJ have already made their mark in the world, and now they have joined forces to use their celebrity to motivate and empower young people to make a positive change. They are the first teens ever to launch a tour to inspire, educate and empower. Their story should be an inspiration to us all!

Essynce Moore is an entrepreneur, author, children’s stylist and fashion designer, actress, and motivational speaker, with a mission to empower her peers.  She wrote a series of books called “The Middle School Chronicles” that help prepare students for middle school.  Dealing with issues of self-esteem, bullying, and how to resolve conflicts, the books are now mandatory reading in several school districts in New York and New Jersey.

Essynce also created Essynce Couture University in order to teach young people about the four pillars: Entrepreneurship, Integrity, Education, and Leadership.  If that wasn’t enough for a 15 year old, Essynce also started her own children’s clothing line, Essynce Couture, and opened Essynce Couture Spa and Boutique which caters exclusively to children and teens.  It is her motto that young people deserve a place of their own to be pampered, inspired, and educated in order to make a positive change in the world. Her clothes are designed for children around the world. Everyone is encourage to upload their report cards and achievements on Essynce Couture social media sites where they may be selected to receive rewards by Essynce Couture LLC incentives. Essynce has a long list of accolades including a feature in Kids Time Magazine, a billboard in Time Square and she has been a guest speaker at many notable events.

AJ Carr is a renowned motivational speaker and actor with roles on the hit shows “The Chi,” “NBC’s Chicago PD,” and “Atlanta,” as well as other series.  AJ created Building Bosses– an organization designed to help young people find their talents, build character by cultivating self-esteem and self-worth, and promote leadership and positivity among the youth.  Building Bosses pairs young people with successful local entrepreneurs who provide guidance and mentorship while fostering leadership in young people.  AJ’s many accomplishments have earned him three letters of commendation from The White House.  AJ and his organization Building Bosses strive to make a difference in as many children’s lives as possible while helping them become well-rounded, productive members of society.

This ambitious, young duo has joined forces to create the Building Bosses and Essynce Couture University Youth Empowerment Tour.  The purpose of the Youth Empowerment Tour is to address important issues facing young people today such as bullying, self-esteem, violence, racism, and overcoming adversity.  The Youth Empowerment Tour aims to connect with the youth by opening up a dialogue about the current issues facing young people and their communities, and encouraging participants to share their ideas for making a positive change.

The Youth Empowerment Tour also focuses on inspiring young people to reach their goals and live their dreams by promoting entrepreneurship.  The tour also aims to teach children their value, and open panel discussions encourage them to feel empowered that they can make an impact and actively work towards their goals, regardless of their situation.
